REMSFlow runs the Spravato REMS program inside DrChrono: enrollment, the two-hour post-dose monitoring record, the chart note, and the REMS forms sent to the program. It also completes SPRAVATO withMe enrollment for patients who need coverage or cost support.

The problem
The session takes two hours. The paperwork takes longer.
Spravato carries a REMS program. Every patient is enrolled, every dose is followed by a monitored two-hour observation, and the program must receive documentation for each session. Most practices run this on paper forms and a fax machine, then write the chart note afterwards. Nothing links the enrollment, the monitoring sheet, the note and the fax.

Day to day
How it runs
Three steps, all from the chart. Nothing is written twice.
Enroll
Complete the REMS enrollment from the chart and collect the signature. Add SPRAVATO withMe enrollment when the patient needs coverage or cost support.
Monitor
Start the observation after the dose. Record blood pressure and observations as the session runs.
Document
Close the session. The chart note is written into DrChrono and the REMS PDFs go to the program.

Works with
With CareTaker, vitals from the monitor land in the chart for the same session. With MeasureFlow, the pre-dose PHQ-9 or MADRS is already scored and in the note.
