What this page covers

This policy covers the public website at integraflows.com. It does not cover the IntegraFlows software itself. The modules run inside your practice's DrChrono account, and clinical records created through them live in that chart under your practice's own agreements. We sign Business Associate Agreements with practices that use the software. Ask us about data handling directly and we will answer specifically.

What the website collects

Nothing that identifies you, through the pages themselves. Concretely:

• No cookies are set.
• No analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels or session recording.
• No content is loaded from other companies, so no third party sees your visit.
• Nothing is written to your browser's local or session storage.
• There are no forms and no fields to fill in.

Server logs

The site runs on Fly.io, our hosting provider. Like any web server, it records ordinary request logs that include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. These exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not sell or share them. Fly.io processes them on our behalf as our hosting provider.

If you email us

Every contact link on this site opens your own email program addressed to info@integraflows.com. When you write to us we receive what you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you tell us about your practice. We use it to reply and to evaluate whether IntegraFlows fits your workflow. We keep that correspondence in our business email account and do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside IntegraFlows.

Please do not send patient information by email. Email is not a suitable channel for it, and we do not need it to answer questions about the product.

Your choices

Because the site stores nothing on your device, there is nothing to opt out of and no cookie banner to dismiss. If you have written to us and want your correspondence deleted, or want to know what we hold, email info@integraflows.com and we will action it.

Children

This website is intended for clinicians and practice staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
